Shamrock Shuffle 8k Run 2012

On March 25, 2012, my wife (Ewelina) and I ran the Shamrock Shuffle. No biggie, my shortest run on a weekday is longer than the race itself; however, it was an accomplishment for Ewelina as she carried a six-month old baby in her tummy. The run also did not come out of nowhere. She is an eager and exuberant runner and for the past two years or so she has been training regularly with races such as the Rock & Roll 1/2 Marathon or the Chicago Marathon behind her belt. Nonetheless, walking up the stairs for some preggers is a challenge not to mention an 8k run at under one hour. I am super proud of her!
