On the way to Florida

Greg with family was supposed to drive with us to Florida; however right before our scheduled departure Kinga got into a car accident and their departure got delayed by a day. We left home yesterday night at 9PM, as scheduled. Driving through the night was exciting, but dangerous as we found out by running into a major accident caused by rock slides in the middle or the highway. Thanks to God and St. Christopher that we are all okay. We got to Pigeon Forge, TN at 8AM checked into our room right by the gate to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. I really enjoy this place, but the city itself is too commercialized. The point of visiting Pigeon Forge is to enjoy the nature not spend money on Wisconsin Dells-like attractions. Anyhow, Greg is on his way to join us at 2AM. Tomorrow is a big day, we are going to spend a whole day at the park and driving overnight to Florida. Supposedly, there is a major tropical storm coming to FL, but hopefully it will not get to the Northern part. Until then...
